HOW TO BUY

Purchase used car from our stock
Step 1
Please check your country`s laws and imort regulations first. You may not be able to import some type of cars. For example, model year regulation. We do not take the responsibility of any damage about import. We sell and export used car and truck, both private customer and dealer.
Step 2
Please check our car stock pages, then, please send us your message via stock page. If You are looking for other cars, please let us know your request car and truck detail.
Step 3
We provide you stock car's information, pics, price, delivery time, terms, everything based on customers request.
Step 4
When customer decided start purhcase process, We send customers invoice with our bank account detail. Customer return us this invoice with own sign. Payment method is bank transfer, when the money arrived to our bank, We start export procedure as soon as possible. and We will arrange next available ship's space. After sailing day, We will send customers all shipping documents by airmail, like DHL, EMS, etc.

What is C&F,CIF?

C&F price = The freight is prepaid without marine insurance.

C.I.F. is the total price to prepare the car for export including freight and marine insurance.
(C.I.F. = Cost Including Freight), this is not strict 100% cost. Because international currency rate is exchanging everyday, moreover, some countries occur unexpected expense, BAF, War risk, and so on. If you can't accept this things, if you can't accept this things, please don't start purchase process.

Terms and conditions
(about payment, warranty, shipping, cancellation)

Payment
1:Payment is only TT bank transfer. Basically, No cheque, No credit card, No L/C.
2:Normally, We accept only Yen-denominated. But if you hope foreign major currency, JPY, US$, UK pounds, CDN, Euro, We will accept it, but We do not take risk about international currency exchange rate risk. We will ask about extra charge.
3: Although rare case, sometimes occur double selling when customer's bank transfer's timing, it's unavoidable thing. In the case of this, We can arrange alternative car, or the car was rare, We can accept refund by bank transfer. ( Refund amount will be same amount of JPY when Customer's payment arrived. Bank transfer charges will be deduction before refund. Paper work fee JPY 7,000 )

If Your payment has not been received in time, and your car was not available,
We'll accept refund received amount, or, We look for a replacement car.

NOTE:
We accept down payment when regular customer hopes auction buying, like 2 or 3 times payment.
Once We received deposit from customer, We start auction buying,
Lacking amount of first harf 50% should be paid within 10 days after bid off the car.
The balance should be arrive to our bank account within 1 week after sailing day.
We do not alienate all shipping document's proprietary rights to buyer unless buyer finish full payment.
When the customer did not make bank transfer of unpaid amount within above payment date,
We regret to inform it and the car would be resold to other party.
When We have to resell, the buyer's all deposited amount would be used to cover the " reselling loss "and forfeit.
We do not accept any refund request.

Car Warranty and Marine Insurance
1: Sell is AS IS, but We will provide all customers stock car's detail information as much as possible by use many pics before purchase. and, after Customer imported car, We gurantee supply parts at reasonable price when customer need it.

2: About marine insurance, We can arrange " basic marine insutance plan ", like only total loss, and " all risk ". When cutomers requested us all risk marine insurance, We will arrange it.

Shipping and delivery time
1: About total delivery time, basically, depends on the ship's situation. Please ask us, below is approx avarage.
UK, Ireland ( Liverpool, Southampton, Dublin ), total delivery time 5 - 7 weeks.
Canada ( Vancouver ), total delivery time 3 - 4 weeks.
Africa area ( Mombasa, Dar es salaam, Durban ), total delivery time 5 - 7 weeks.
Caribbean Sea area, depends on final destination, ASK US.
North Europe ( for example, Finland ), approx 6 - 7 weeks, ASK US.
West Africa ( depends on the ship, ASK US )

Cancellation, about auction buying
After purchased stock car, We don't accept cancellation. In the case of auction buying, if cancel timing was before bid off, We will refund your deposit after deduction below amounts.
( the costs already We spent in order to try get your car, bank lifting charges, refund bank transfer charges. )
After bid off, basically We don't cancellation, but customer can't arrange the balance, We will accept cancel after deduction below amounts.
( Auction buying necessary full costs exclude car, inland transporation cost, port charges 1000 Yen per day, 30% of total dealing price as a forfeit, all bank charges include lifting charge. ).

Cancellation, about stock car buying
In the case of stock car buying, when customer does not make the balance payment on time, or when customer did not any response about our dunning e-mail, We determine that customer accepted cancellation. Cancellation forfeit charge will be 30% of CIF amount + Occured actual loss amount.

NOTE:
We deem that the buyer accepted all terms once made bank transfer any money.
